Where's My Order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS Ground. Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be carried via USPS Priority mail. If your order has any delays, you will be notified by phone or email.
Each customer will receive two order-related emails from the Chris Rice online store. The first email is an order confirmation, which also serves as your receipt. If you find anything that needs to be corrected, please contact store@chrisrice.com as soon as possible. The second email is a shipment confirmation. This email will include your tracking number, from which you can monitor the status of your order.
Outgoing packages are shipped from Franklin, Tennessee. Please refer to the transit map below in order to calculate the time it will take for your order to arrive.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Item(s) must be in NEW condition and original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been opened or worn.
Exchanges for a different size, color or item are always accepted as long as the exchanged item is in new condition and original packaging.
